These are the most popular and frequently requested programs, especially the hugely successful Beyond Weight Loss – 6 session individual program. Both the group and individual programs can be tailored to suit your or your groups’ needs and offered at a location of your choosing.

Programs

Beyond Weight Loss — Individual Program - 6 sessions

This program takes you beyond weight loss as the goal and offers a gateway to a deeply personal and transformational journey.  It is ideal for the person who is ready to let go of old and no longer useful ways of thinking and coping.  Standing in the clearing of who you are beneath all of the clutter of anxiety, doubt, low self-worth or unconsciousness is the possibility of you; and of a future that excites you and calls you forward.

During the six sessions we will work closely together as you let go of habits of thinking and reacting that have kept you stuck and form new and positive ways of thinking about yourself and your relationship with food.  The six sessions includes a complete overview of how food works in the body, i.e. how food affects your entire physiology – from moods, sleep, energy, and food cravings to achieving the ideal body size.  The sessions weave together nutrition science, hypnosis, guided imagery, inner-child work and teachings from various ancient and modern day spiritual Teachers.  Tools of the course include journaling, vision board, affirmations, meditation, and breathing exercises. Laughter and humor are mandatory!

If you have failed to reach your goal in the past or lost and regained the weight – don’t worry, it’s not you. The problem with most approaches to weight loss is that people embark on diet and lifestyle change in an attitude of deprivation, shame, struggle, hard work-gotta lose weight sort of thinking and this just does not feel good. Yes, you can force it for a while, but you will always snap back to wanting to feel good and so you “go off” the diet, or “cheat” or reward yourself with a forbidden food or beverage. You cannot get the desired results in a state of negative thinking and negative emotions. This is the reason that most attempts to reduce weight usually fail and weight loss or improved habits are often temporary – don’t torture yourself any longer with another diet!

In this program, you must be prepared to follow through with the homework assignments. This includes regular email “check-in’s” to stay connected in-between sessions.

The 6 sessions are usually completed over 8-10 weeks.

Heart-focused Relaxation Skills – Group Program - 4 hours
How would you like to have more energy and vitality at the end of the day? What would your life be like if you did not get so “stressed-out”? Imagine all the benefits of taking the time to learn some simple, quick and effective relaxation skills – better sleep, more energy, improved relationships, less “stress-eating” and more enjoyment in life.

The idea of relaxation frequently conjures images of sitting back in an arm chair, lying on a warm sandy beach, or enjoying a favorite hobby. Rarely do we associate relaxation with driving in traffic, being at work, grocery shopping, or handling family and house chores. Indeed, the majority of illness and disease prevalent today are directly linked to lifestyle; much of this is stress-related and preventable. Isn’t it time to invest in your future health and place more value on developing the mindset and practicing skills for maintaining a sense of well-being whatever it is you are doing?

The Kundalini Meditation: Gateway to Freedom – 4 hours
The Kundalini Meditation is indeed the gateway to freedom. A sense of relief emerges as you establish a working rapport with your Higher Self and learn to see the bigger picture of life. Seemingly stressful events become an opportunity for growth, understanding and compassion – you will learn to take things less personally – certainly less seriously. Inner wisdom, self-reliance and self-assurance are yours.

The Kundalini and its’ use is older than the Human Race. The White Light of the Kundalini is that microscopic essence of the Creator that dwells at the base of the spine. Everybody has Kundalini, no exceptions, but only a few are aware that it exists. In this workshop you will learn the mechanics of how to awaken and raise the Kundalini Energy to make conscious contact with your Higher Self – your link to your Soul. The step-by-step mechanics of the Kundalini meditation process include instruction on aligning and balancing the7 major Chakra’s.

This is a rare opportunity to come together with others to practice and deepen your experience of the Kundalini Meditation. It is always an amazing experience to be in a group that is deliberately raising the vibrations together – we never quite know where it will take us – but it is always exhilarating.
